Great location, not super busy, clean and respectable employees. Great shoe selection both male and female adults. Kids section is expansive. Great deals going on right now. Got two name brands and socks for under 100$.

RACK ROOM located in Potomac Yards Alexandria is well set as a destination location. You get your shoes and then you go to J Crew or Old Navy or TJ Maxx to get the rest of your outfit. There is a Best Buy near enough by, walkable, next to a Staples, next to a Target across the way from an IHOP and down the block, the other direction is Amazon Fresh a few more stores and a Starbucks. The Rack Room store is well laid out. You walk in to a lay out where at first glance you can see- everything- mens section, womens section, kids, casual, clearance and sales. Shoes are displayed on staggered boxes, pulled out just enough and well enough to see prices and sizes and BOGO's. Most interesting was my conversation with the store staff sharing information on shoe buying seasonally, what to look for, what you get if you are patient even pricewise. Definitely, worthwhile

I have bought several pairs of Crocs with great success. An associate of mine, not the stores, told me Crocs were not recommended by their podiatrist. I digress, review of Crocs coming soon. Store is great. Thanks for facilitating the efficient purchase of versatile shoes at a reasonable price.

I’d like to recognize Matthew for his outstanding customer service at the Potomac Yard location. From the moment we walked in, he was quick to offer help and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He took the time to help me find the perfect waterproof, steel-toe shoes at a great price — something I hadn’t been able to find at other stores. Matthew was not only knowledgeable and attentive, but also genuinely friendly and patient throughout the process. Thanks to him, I left with exactly what I needed and a great deal.
